Founded in 1983, with roots in Taiwan and Shanghai, UNIWAL Group is an Asia-Pacific brand manufacturer of interior decoration materials.

For over four decades, we have specialized in the research, production, and marketing of diverse wall decoration systems — not merely making materials, but helping our clients define their interior spaces.

To us, a wall is not a barrier.

Corporate History

2024 Reached a major cooperation with rasch Germany on the Chinese market, securing the exclusive operating rights for rasch in the Asia-Pacific region and completing a diversified brand strategic layout.
2023 Established Shanghai rasch Industrial Co., Ltd. and Shaoxing Xinmingyue Decoration Materials Co., Ltd. to fully expand the rasch soft decoration business and streamline supply chain management for seamless wallcoverings and fabrics.
2022 The company reached all-channel strategic cooperation with rasch Germany while securing regional strategic partnerships with Poly Developments and Holdings (or Poly Real Estate) and strategic investment from China Overseas Land & Investment.
2021 The company was recognized as a 2020 Grade-A supplier by Vanke, secured national strategic partnerships with Country Garden, China Merchants Shekou, and Jin Jiang International Hotels Group, established its sales subsidiary Beijing Xinjian Weilai Home Furnishing Co., Ltd., and completed its shareholding reform to officially rename itself Shanghai Suwalper Functional Decor Materials Co.,Ltd

2018 The company officially joined the China Wall Decoration Quality Alliance as a member enterprise to draft industry group standards, forged strategic partnerships with major real estate developers (including Vanke, Languang, China Resources Land, Ronshine, and Landsea) as well as hospitality giants (Dossen International and Wyndham), and successfully launched the "100 Hotels Anti-Mold Experience Program".
2011 (Taiwan factory) Established Xinwang Industrial Co., Ltd. in Taoyuan County, Taiwan Province
2010 Introduced Emerson nine-color wide circular screen intaglio printing embossing machine from Britain, greatly expanding production capacity；Import Oracle ERP system to realize data management of enterprise system；Won the title of Shanghai Famous Trademark and China's top ten wallpaper industry brands.
1996 Shanghai Suwalper Wallpaper Co., Ltd. was established in Fengxian District, Shanghai.
1983 The establishment of Suwalper in Taiwan，started the prelude of Suwalper people's dream.
