1. The Dealer Zone, the Inventory Query System, and the Uniwal Mall all require account registration before use. Upon registration, we will collect your entity name, contact name, mobile number, email address, login password, and (where applicable) dealer qualification information, etc., for the purposes of completing account registration, identity verification, and account security protection. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, you may be unable to complete registration or use the corresponding functions. Browsing the public information on the Official Website does not require registration and does not collect such account information.

2. To safeguard account security, we will record the time of your registration and login, IP address, login device, and city, for security detection and risk control purposes.

(II) Dealer Zone

To provide material download services to authorized dealers, we will record your download behaviors (such as download time, downloaded files, and IP address) for service management and security audit. The use of Zone materials is subject to the Uniwal User Agreement.

(III) Inventory Query System

To provide inventory queries, we will process your account information and query records. The queried data is used solely to display product inventory levels to you within your authorized scope and does not constitute any supply or contractual commitment.

(IV) Uniwal Mall

The Uniwal Mall is currently used only for product display, account login, and adding to shopping cart, etc. It does not provide online ordering, payment, receipt of goods, or transaction reconciliation functions; therefore, this Policy does not currently collect order, receipt, transaction, or payment-related personal information. If the Mall launches relevant transaction functions in the future, we will separately notify you through the means in Section X hereof and obtain your consent before collection.

(V) Customer Service and Feedback

When you provide feedback through customer service channels, we may collect the contact information (mobile number, email address, etc.) and the content of the issue you provide, in order to communicate with you and resolve the problem.

(VI) Statistics and Analysis

(VII) Exceptions to Obtaining Consent
